Communicate changes in a comprehensible way
With the cross-device application ‘Shareville’, Siemens Healthineers is introducing a digital tool for sales employees worldwide that allows them to advise customers and perform many other steps in the sales process ‘anytime anywhere’. The video is used right at the start of the company’s internal change communication and was subsequently supplemented by numerous moving image tutorials and field reports from the international sales teams in the form of video clips.
