Dental microscopy in use

New treatment methods from teaching to practice

Professor Jeeraphat Jantarat has truly pioneered the use of microscopes in endodontics in Thailand, with patients and the younger generation of her specialty benefiting equally from her enormous commitment in practice as well as in research and teaching. Today, students from Germany and abroad are trained in a state-of-the-art microscopy center at Mahidol University in Bangkok under her direction. The microscopy-supported treatment methods are used directly in the affiliated university clinic.
